Origins: Sourced from the renowned Las Isabellas farm, a certified Rainforest Alliance estate, this coffee is a unique blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. The farm is lovingly managed by Jose Roberto Santamaria, who oversees both the coffee cultivation and the milling process.

Natural Beauty: Nestled on the southern face of "Cerron Grande" in the breathtaking Apaneca region, Las Isabellas is surrounded by 175 acres of natural forest, sparkling springs, and serene waterfalls. The estate features the Taquendama beneficio, where coffee is wet milled and sun-dried on patios, enhancing its natural flavors.
