At Rancliffe Coffee House, our goal is to provide our guests with the highest quality service and of course a delicious coffee. We want you to be happy with your experience. 

If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors with your order, please contact us at rancliffecoffeehouse@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.

Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns or refund on coffee orders. 

Everything Else - If you are dissatisfied with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us about a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Just email us at rancliffecoffeehouse@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
