Brazil Cerrado

Discover the rich character of our Brazilian single-origin coffee, featuring intense aromas and delightful notes of caramel and nuts. With a gentle citrus acidity, this coffee offers a medium to full body and a long-lasting chocolate aftertaste that will leave you wanting more.

Flavor Profile:

  • Mild & Easy Drinking: Roasted to perfection, our Brazilian coffee beans deliver a smooth and approachable flavor, enhanced by lovely nutty notes.
  • Versatile Base: Known for its balance, Brazilian coffee is often used as a foundation for many blends, making it a staple in the coffee world.

Origins: Sourced from the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region in Minas Gerais, southeastern Brazil, our coffee comes from farms nestled between 800 and 1,300 meters in elevation. This area is celebrated for its high-quality growing, harvesting, and processing practices.

Quality Assurance: With an impressive average production of 5 million bags annually, Cerrado is the first region in Brazil to earn protected Designation of Origin status. This means that coffee labeled "Cerrado" must genuinely come from this exceptional region, much like the rules protecting Champagne in France.

Craftsmanship: Our beans are roasted using a blend of traditional techniques and modern technology, ensuring each cup delivers consistent, high-quality flavor that you can enjoy any time of day.
