Brazil Cerrado  Roast level 5

  • Intensity 3/5
  • Body 3/5
  • Sweetness 3/5
  • Acidity 2/5

Our Brazilian single origin have intense aromas, notes of caramel and nuts, gentle citrus acidity with medium to full body and long-lasting chocolate aftertaste.

Our Brazilian coffee beans are roasted for a mild and easy drinking flavour profile. It is naturally processed coffee of the varieties Mundo Novo, Catuai and Bourbon. It delivers a smooth mild drink with notes of nuts.

Brazilian coffee is usually a very balanced coffee and is therefore often used as a base for many blends.

Brazil is the largest producer of coffee and it sets standards for the quality of growing, harvesting and processing of amazing coffee.

Cerrado Mineiro is a large region in the state of Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil. The region’s farms sit between 800 and 1,300 meters.

According to The Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation, it has an average production of 5 million bags every year.

It is also the first region in Brazil to receive protected Designation of Origin status, meaning coffee labelled “Cerrado” has to actually come from Cerrado (similar to the rules protecting Champagne in France).

All our coffee beans are roasted using traditional techniques and modern technologies to produce consistent, high quality coffees.
