Our Guatemala single coffee has a bright acidity combined with a surprisingly rich, full body and it is a perfect match for French Press Cafetiere.
It is sweet chocolate on the palate with a beautiful well-balanced body. There are also notes of blackberries in the aroma.
Guatemala has been growing coffee since the 1850's and it is second largest producers of coffee in Central America. The Antigua coffee region is located near the Southern coast of Guatemala.
Our Guatemalan coffee beans are from plantations in volcanic valleys surrounding Antigua. These coffee plantations are surrounded by three volcanoes: Agua, Fuego and Acatenango. The plantations have rich volcanic soil and excellent growing conditions at an altitude of 1650 metres.
The elevation, nutrient-rich volcanic soil and ideal weather conditions are perfect environment for growing high-quality Arabica coffee beans.
Our coffee bean varieties are Caturra, Bourbon and Typica.
All our coffee beans are roasted using traditional techniques and modern technologies to produce consistent, high quality coffees.
