How you can make your perfect French Press (Cafetière) at your home

- Place the Cafetière on a flat surface and pull the plunger up and out of the carafe
- Pre-heat your cafetière by pouring in some boiling water and giving it a spine and discard the water
- Add one rounded teaspoon of ground coffee for each cup (around 50 gr for 3 cups)
- Pour some hot water into the carafe (ideally 92-96ºC) over the dry coffee and saturate all the grounds, leaving about 2.5cm at the top and stir with spoon
- Place the plunger unit on top of the pot and turn the lid so the pour spout is closed to retain the heat but do not pressed down, yet
- Leave four minutes to brew, then slowly lower the plunger
- Turn the lid to open the pour spout, then pour your delicious cup of coffee and enjoy with your perfect cup of French press coffee.
